Garment is meant to be worn oversized. Sweater is written for a “one size fits most” and meant to be worn oversized. Pictured on a 40” bust. The gauge for DK-weight yarn in this pattern is 20 sts X 4”. For a larger fit/size use Worsted/Aran-weight yarn with a gauge of 18 sts X 4”. This will measure a 61” bust. For a smaller fit/size use Sport-weight yarn with a gauge of 22 sts X 4”. This will measure a 50” bust.  

Gauge: 20 sts X 28 rows = 4”/10cm in stockinette, 20 sts X 25 rounds = 4”/10cm in colorwork. Gauge is measured after blocking.

Needles and notions: Circular size US 6 (4.00mm) needle or size needed to achieve gauge, circular size US 5 (3.75mm) or one needle size smaller, stitch marker to mark BOR, tapestry needle, scrap yarn/cord. 

Yarn: Scout - Kelbourne Woolens (274 yards [250m]/100g) or any DK-weight yarn.

*Yardage includes 10% overestimation. MC is used for the top part both front and back, CC1 is used for part of the border and collar, CC2 is used for the dinosaurs, CC3 is used for the background of the dinosaurs, and CC4 is used for the bottom and ribbing.
